FUDENG 4-Axle Lowbed Semi-Trailer is designed specifically for heavy-duty transport requirements, featuring a reinforced continuous beam structure. The main beams are made of Q345 high-strength alloy steel, with an internal honeycomb reinforcement layout that evenly distributes load stress, effectively preventing local deformation. The floor is constructed from 5mm thickened anti-slip checkered plates, with a pattern depth of 4mm. Combined with surface anti-slip weld point technology, it provides excellent traction and anti-shift security during slope loading/unloading and operation under complex road conditions. The side beams adopt a sealed box-type design, filled internally with damping materials, enhancing lateral rigidity while effectively absorbing impact energy during loading and unloading operations.

The suspension system is equipped with a four-axle synchronized mechanical suspension, each axle fitted with 10 high-strength leaf springs. The system utilizes a parallelogram equalizer arm structure to ensure even load distribution across all axles. It features forged alloy saddles and anti-loosening mechanisms, effectively withstanding long-term heavy-load vibrations. The system is easy to maintain with highly interchangeable spare parts, significantly reducing operational costs.
