A Senegalese customer contacted me and told me that he needed to buy a fuel tanker trailer, but he had never bought a trailer in China, so he didn’t know the purchase process and wanted us to help him.
First, I introduced the overall process of purchasing a semi-trailer from China to the customer and discussed some transportation issues. The customer thought it was very feasible. Because our products are customized, they can be customized according to customer requirements. Then I started to discuss the fuel tanker trailer with the customer:
(1) First of all, the customer does not need a very large fuel tanker trailer. He only needs a 20,000-liter fuel tanker trailer. A 20,000-liter fuel tanker trailer usually only needs to be equipped with 2 axles, which is completely sufficient. We equipped the customer with L1 brand axes.
(2) Secondly, because of the need to transport a variety of different fuels, the tank of the fuel tanker trailer needs many compartments, and finally determined to have seven compartments; and because of the need to quickly and cleanly add and unload fuel, we equipped the customer with an API discharging valve, one for each compartment, a total of 7 API discharging valves. API discharging valves are different from ordinary discharging valves. They can not only release fuel, but also add fuel, so that there will be no fuel residue in the tank. In addition, we also equipped the customer with a flow meter, which can more intuitively see the remaining fuel in the tank.
(3)A folding ladder is installed on the top of the tank to ensure the personal safety of customers when refueling or inspecting. Finally, according to the customer’s requirements, the customer’s logo is sprayed on the tank of the fuel tanker trailer, and the remaining area is painted blue.
After the production of this 2 axle 20000 liters fuel tanker trailer was completed, we provided the customer with pictures and videos of the semi-trailer, and the customer was very satisfied with our 2 axle 20000 liters fuel tanker trailer. Then we helped the customer deliver it to the port of Dakar in Senegal
