Recently, an important logistics partner from Burkina Faso traveled thousands of miles to visit FUDENG Automobile’s production base in Shandong, China. Accompanied by our sales and technical team, the customer conducted a full-day on-site inspection of our complete heavy-duty truck and semi-trailer production lines. After witnessing our manufacturing strength, rigorous quality control and Africa-targeted product design in person, the client expressed full admiration and satisfaction with FD’s full range of vehicles, and signed a formal bulk procurement contract on the spot at the end of the visit.
The factory tour covered all core workshops, including CNC steel cutting, robotic automatic welding, sandblasting anti-rust treatment, finished vehicle assembly and professional performance testing zones. The client carefully checked FD’s mainstream products tailored for African markets, covering HOWO tractor heads, dump trucks, light cargo trucks, as well as flatbed, fence, multi-compartment fuel tank and lowbed semi-trailers. He paid close attention to key details such as high-strength Q355 steel main beams, thickened tank plates, reinforced mechanical suspension and 13-ton heavy-duty axles specially upgraded to adapt to rough, dusty and bumpy roads across West Africa.
Our engineers gave detailed explanations on customized improvements for Burkina Faso’s local transport conditions, including enlarged ground clearance, enhanced dustproof sealing, tropical heat dissipation optimization and complete anti-corrosion coating technology. The client personally inspected finished vehicle load tests, water pressure leakage tests for tank trailers and braking performance experiments. He repeatedly praised the stable structure, solid workmanship and long service life of FD trucks and semi-trailers, noting that many local fleets have long been troubled by frame deformation, oil leakage and frequent component damage from inferior vehicles.
