4 Fudeng 45cbm Fuel Tanker Trailers Were Dispatched To Mozambique

Recently, four 45-cubic-meter three-axle oil tank trailers manufactured by Fudeng officially departed for Mozambique. These vehicles, featuring a professional carbon steel tank design and manufactured strictly according to international standards, will be used for fuel transportation in Mozambique, providing a reliable guarantee for the local energy supply.

The choice of materials for these oil tank trailers to Mozambique demonstrates Fudeng’s commitment to quality. The tank body is made of 5mm thick carbon steel plates, with the end plates using 6mm thickened carbon steel to ensure overall structural strength.

The 4mm thick anti-sloshing plates inside the tank, with a scientifically spaced layout, effectively reduce the impact and sloshing of liquids during transportation.

The carbon steel material combines excellent corrosion resistance and impact resistance, easily handling the transportation needs of various oil products such as crude oil and diesel. Even in Mozambique’s complex road conditions and climate, it ensures the tank remains intact, eliminating the risk of leakage at the source.

The trailers utilize a three-axle balanced suspension system, effectively improving the vehicle’s load-bearing capacity and driving stability. With a capacity of 45 cubic meters, the vehicle maximizes the efficiency of each transport trip while ensuring compliant load capacity.

The three-axle structure effectively distributes the load, and combined with a precisely tuned suspension system, significantly improves stability during operation. This not only protects fuel quality and reduces transport losses but also extends the vehicle’s lifespan.

Fudeng’s tank trailers adhere to a meticulous manufacturing philosophy. Advanced automated welding processes are used for the tank body, and key welds undergo 100% non-destructive testing to ensure no leaks or defects. Both the inner and outer surfaces of the tank undergo special anti-corrosion treatment, effectively resisting fuel corrosion and extending service life.

In terms of safety, the vehicle is equipped with a comprehensive valve system and safety devices, including emergency bottom valves, overflow probes, and static electricity discharge devices. The electrical system fully complies with explosion-proof standards, and the lighting system uses LED materials to ensure safe operation in various environments.

Fudeng has also specifically optimized the vehicle for Mozambique’s local climate and road conditions, ensuring the equipment can quickly adapt to the local environment and create greater value for customers.

The Mozambican customer’s choice of Fudeng products was based on their strong recognition of the Fudeng brand and its technological strength. During initial communications, the customer highly praised Fudeng’s professional team and technical solutions. Fudeng engineers provided comprehensive technical support and solutions tailored to the customer’s specific needs.

“These four tanker trailers will greatly improve our transportation efficiency,” said a representative of the Mozambican customer. “The robustness, durability, and professional design of Fudeng products are exactly what we need.”
